The VOLLGATTER OLYMPIA UNIVERSAL is a high-precision and energy-efficient sawing machine, designed for maximum stability, durability and ease of maintenance.

Construction and frame

The saw frame is made of high-strength forged steel and is machined all around. The solid welded steel construction of the side frame is stress-free annealed to ensure absolute dimensional stability and low vibration.

Energy-efficient frame guide

The patented saw frame guide system works without continuous adhesive oil lubrication, which reduces energy consumption and simplifies maintenance.

Roller and feed technology

The feed rollers are split in the middle and can be replaced quickly.

The roller pressure can be precisely adjusted using a pressure gauge and pressure control valves.

A robust synchronized shaft (MULLER system) guarantees even lifting and lowering of the upper rollers.

Drive and safety

The upper rollers are driven by slip clutches that protect against overload.

Guide rollers ensure optimum chain tension and sufficient wrap around the drive sprocket.
